STOWYK is a brotherhood for men 18 and over. One account per man, under your real first name. Keep your login to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under it.

When you join you agree to the Code. In short: respect every man, be who you say you are, give first, keep what's shared in your Atlas in your Atlas, no selling, and reach out when a brother is struggling. On top of that: no hate, threats, harassment, sexual content or anything illegal, and never share another man's private details.

Report anything that breaks it. A person reads every report. We may remove posts, pause or close accounts that break the Code, and we'll tell you why when we do.

The Daily Forge, the Log and anything brothers tell you are encouragement and shared experience. They are not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and STOWYK doesn't promise any result.

STOWYK is not a counseling or crisis service, and staff don't watch the app around the clock. If you or a brother might be in danger, call or text 988 or call 911, and see Help now.

When you trade help or meet a brother in person, you choose to, and you're responsible for your own safety and the work you agree to. Meet in public places first. STOWYK doesn't vet members' skills, licenses or backgrounds, and isn't part of any deal you make.

What you write stays yours. You give STOWYK permission to store it and show it to the men you share it with, only to run the app. When you delete your account, it goes with it.

Only post what you have the right to share.

STOWYK is free. We don't sell your data or show ads. If that ever changes, we'll tell you first and nothing will be charged without your clear yes.

You can delete your account any time from Me. We may close an account that breaks the Code or the law.

STOWYK is offered as it is. We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for what members say or do, on the app or off it.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. See also Privacy.

A contact email for privacy and legal questions will be listed here before STOWYK opens to the public. Until then, the Report button in the app reaches a person.
